In order to improve the seawater corrosion resistance of Inconel 718 superalloy, a La2Zr2O7/NiCoCrAlY thermal barrier coating resistant 3.5 wt.% NaCl aqueous solution was prepared by laser cladding on superalloy. X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), and electrochemical techniques were used study microstructure performance in solution. The results show that is mainly composed primary La2Zr2O7 phase γ + laves/δ eutectic structure. potential current are higher lower than substrate, respectively, indicating better substrate. presence main reason for its
